Note on this page For V1 launch: one published case study (IMAGE Studios) plus two clearly-labeled "in development" placeholder cards. Better to be honest about being early than to pad the grid with weak case studies. As real work accumulates, the placeholders are replaced with published case studies.
Filter by industry:
Note on the filters Filter chips are decorative for V1 (not functional). When the case study count exceeds three, the filters become useful and should be wired to actually filter the grid. For now they serve as a signal that the firm intends to work across industries — sophisticated buyers notice this.

How a multi-tenant studio location automated its operating model with two AI agents.

A 5,000 square foot facility supporting more than thirty independent beauty and wellness professionals — running on agentic AI, designed and operated by a single owner. Inbound coverage shifted from business hours to 24/7. The owner stopped being the operating bottleneck. Architecture supports multi-tenancy.

Coming soon — second deployment.

A second deployment of the canonical Cadence stack is currently underway in a different industry. The case study will publish once the deployment has run long enough to show measurable outcomes. Typically 90 days post-deployment.

Coming soon — third deployment.

A third deployment, in professional services, is in early-stage planning. We publish case studies when the work is real and the outcomes are measurable. This card will be replaced when both conditions are met.

Note on the placeholder cards Two placeholder cards instead of zero, three, or four. One looks lonely; four looks like padding. Two signals momentum without overclaiming. As real work fills in, replace each placeholder with a published case study and add new placeholders only if they correspond to real engagements in flight.

A note on what we publish — and when.

We don't publish case studies for every engagement. Some clients prefer privacy. Some engagements are too early to draw conclusions from. We publish when the work is meaningful, the outcomes are measurable, and the operator is comfortable being on the record. The result is a slower-growing portfolio than most consultancies show — and one where every case study reflects a real deployment with real outcomes.
